Farahana's meditation series is something special. A blend of guided meditation and sound healing to soothe our active minds. Sessions that can bring such clarity, focus and balance. I've spent the last year focusing on a consistent mediation practice, but had yet to incorporate lots of guided meditation and sound healing. Her soft healing voice paired with the way music soothes the soul makes this particular series truly magical.
I haven’t stopped telling people about the guided meditation and sound healing event I attended in August. Farahana and Kenny made the whole experience amazing. I felt very comfortable in attending this event which was a little out of my comfort zone. I came out of the meditation feeling refreshed and much more at peace. Can’t wait to attend another!
The set up and space was really nice and inviting. I felt peaceful and open from the instant I met you and fellow sitters. And it was such a luxury to be able to lay down for the experience.
